Shipping Policy

We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! A shipping confirmation email will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.

Fulfillment: Our products are printed on demand. Apparel products are created within 2-7 business days and non-apparel products are created within 2-5 business days. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday and do not include holidays and weekends.

Current Shipping Locations: USA, America Samoa, District of Columbia, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Marina Islands, Palua, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces America, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

Shipping Options: Standard (3-5 business days after fulfillment), Express (1-3 days after fulfillment), Flat Rate (3-8 days after fulfillment), Overnight (1 business day after fulfillment).

Speed/ Price: Shipping speed and price depends on product type, weight of package, and destination. It is calculated upon checkout.

Tracking: Standard, Express, and Overnight shipping methods will always have tracking. Tracking may not be available for: international shipments going out from our US locations with no rush or flat rate shipping methods and/or international shipments going out from our Europe location with no rush, economy, or flat rate shipping methods.

Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.

Product Damaged in Mail: We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to info@sweetgardengear.com. If the product is deemed to have been damaged in the mail, we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Package Lost in Mail: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

Courier Shows Delivery: Sweet Garden Gear will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause. In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but you have yet to receive it, Sweet Garden Gear would not cover the cost of reshipping the order and will not be held liable. This only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address. In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location. Reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - e.g. "left under table on back porch."
